Platform admin access required
The operator console manages clients across the platform and is restricted to platform-admin email addresses. If you should have access, ask an existing platform admin to add you from the Platform Admins tab.

Platform Detection Categories
Toggle individual detection categories off platform-wide. Disabling a category here prevents it from being detected for every client, and a client cannot re-enable it from their own Redaction Rules tab. Useful when a category produces too many false positives. Add a Reason for the audit trail.

Platform fallback redaction rules
Dormant when the primary AI security engine is healthy and fire only on the regex fallback path during outage. Edits apply to every client; clients can add their own rules from their Admin console but cannot disable or remove these. Per-rule counts still surface in the monthly Guardrail report.
