LLM provider keys
Provide your organization’s API key for each AI provider you want to enable. Keys are securely encrypted at rest — the platform never logs them and the UI never displays them after they’re saved. Clear a key to disable the provider for the whole organization.
Encryption has not been set up for this environment yet. New keys cannot be saved until an administrator completes the setup — existing keys (if any) still work.

Governance
Controls for how sensitive data is removed from prompts before they leave the network. Posture decides what happens during a security-engine outage; governance filters toggle detection categories; redaction rules add organization-specific patterns on top.
Redaction Posture
Decides whether detected PII is substituted in the prompt forwarded to the LLM. Platform default for new clients is —. Currently using: —.
Security Posture & System Fallback
Select how the Munimen Vault should respond if the primary AI Security Engine is unreachable. Platform default for new clients is —. Currently using: —.
Response Rehydration
When enabled, redaction tokens in LLM responses are replaced with the original values before reaching the user. This is a premium feature. Currently —.
Document Ingestion Telemetry
When enabled, file-bearing LLM requests are analyzed asynchronously for volumetric metrics (file types, sizes, page counts). Results appear in the monthly governance report. Currently —.
Active Governance Filters
Toggle specific data detection categories for your organization. Changes are logged in the permanent audit trail.
No governance filters available.

Client-Specific Redaction Rules
Custom patterns that apply only to your organization, on top of the platform’s governance filters. Useful for matter-specific identifiers (Bates ranges, client codes, etc.) that aren’t covered by the standard detection categories.
No client-specific redaction rules yet.

Browser extension keys
Credentials for the Munimen browser extension. Each key allows the extension to scan prompts for sensitive data and log results — the original text is never altered or stored. The key is shown once when created; copy it into the extension’s configuration and revoke if you ever suspect it has been compromised.
No extension keys yet. Click Mint extension key to issue one.
